This workshop helps your employees understand your customers and their needs. Through experiential learning and a highly-interactive session, participants come up with innovative and meaningful solutions that create win-win situations for your business, clients and employees. Your employees will leave with the skills to think up innovative customer-led ideas, collaborate during testing and cross-fertilise each other’s products with support and ideas.
The session starts with an introduction on the process of Design Thinking – a human-centered approach towards problem-solving that sees a problem from the eyes of your end-user.
Following the introduction, we then move to a highly-engaging team exercise – the Digital Global Innovation Game. This is a virtual team building activity that invites delegates to generate brilliant new ideas as a team in a creative environment.
Delegates are split into teams and participants must come together to create new innovative ideas. They must give a 90 second elevator pitch to the rest of their team. Teams must decide on their strongest innovation and work on their master pitch. All teams must then deliver these to a panel of judges in a Dragons Den style finale.
The workshop will conclude with a discussion and reflection on what has been learnt during the workshop and how Design Thinking can be applied to your organisation.
